Start your choice with what you intend to install and keep on the device. List your apps and the content you expect to store, then compare that need with the offered capacities and your budget. M or L: use the IPD range

At 66mm, the published ranges meet. If your measurement is at that boundary, outside the listed ranges, or uncertain, ask XREAL which size is appropriate before completing the order. A range match is a starting point for selection, not a guarantee of comfortable wear for every person.
